WHO WE ARE

A family dream, turned into wine

Since 2010, in Monterosso, atop the hills that overlook the Cinque Terre sea, we have been working to protect and enhance our beautiful and delicate land.

We oversee every phase directly: from the field to the cellar, all the way to the design of our products. The few bottles we produce tell the story of who we are and represent our pride.

Our journey, which started with minimal equipment and a great passion, was born out of Cristoforo′s dream, Rosy′s father, and the commitment of his son-in-law Sebastiano. Even though our company is young, our experience is ancient: rooted in centuries of the Cinque Terre′s wine-producing tradition, passed down from one generation to the next.

Come and try our products

In the heart of our farm, we have created a tasting area nestled in the vineyard, a place designed to welcome and tell our story. Here we guide our guests in the discovery of our wine labels, in an authentic environment, cared for, and connected to the surrounding nature.

Alongside wine production, we also cultivate lemons, from which we get limoncello, homemade jams, and fresh-squeezed juice, the result of the same care and love for raw materials.

OUR LABELS

Vétua
A dry and mineral white wine, with an intense color. Inside, we find the typical grape varieties of Cinque Terre (Bosco, Albarola and Vermentino) and a small percentage of native vines (Brujapagià, Frapelà e Piccabun).
It is vinified in steel with a maceration of about three/four days.
Ö
The grape varieties used in the production of this white wine are Bosco, Albarola, and Vermentino. Once in the barrel, it macerates on the skins for about one day. At the end of the production, it matures for a year in steel, then in the bottle for a few months.
Il Sogno della Sirena
Red wine, a blend of Merlot, Cabernet-Sauvignon and Sangiovese. After fermentation, most of it matures in steel for at least 18 months (black capsule) while the rest evolves in oak wood (red capsule). "Il sogno della sirena" takes its name from a painting by Rosy Scapparone, from which the label is also taken.
Sciacchetrà Vétua²²²
The same grape varieties used for our white wine Vètua (Bosco, Albarola, Vermentino, with a small percentage of Piccabun, Frapelà and Brujapagià) are used for this typical Cinque Terre sweet wine.
We only produce Sciacchetrà Riserva, in limited quantities and in favourable years, carefully selecting each cluster of grapes to undergo drying.

Produce in respect of the environment

We carry forward a limited and conscious production, a choice guided by respect for tradition and pursuit of quality. We work with slow timeframes and great care to offer products that portray the local area without compromise, keeping the soul of Cinque Terre alive in every bottle and in every flavor.
